Meet the Dietitian

Debbe Meyers-Bourgoin, R.D. is a registered dietitian with over 20 years experience in nutrition therapy, risk reduction services, and business management. Debbe is Director of Living Fit Center, which provides high quality programs and services to meet the weight and health management needs of the South Jersey community. The Center is a provider of The HMR Program for Weight Management®, the leading provider of medically supervised weight management programs in the United States. For over 20 years, HMR® has helped more than 800,000 dieters lose weight and learn the skills critical for long-term weight management. The professional staff is committed to helping clients achieve their weight loss goals in order to pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Debbe has also been specializing in the field of obesity treatment for over 15 years. As registered dietitian, Debbe provides pre and post bariatric surgery nutrition courses for the clients of eleven bariatric surgeons in the South Jersey area. The bariatric surgery patient is taught the specific “how to’s” of weight loss, including easy ways to lower dietary fat and calories, plus strategies to build physical activity into the daily routine. Individualized coaching is given to support the development of healthier weight management skills.
